Dell–a case in poor client service.

An example of JUST HOW BAD!!! customer service (or in this case can we screw you about) can be.

I know why staff hate Dell now.

I was just on the phone for 90 minutes to be told what I can and cannot do as a business customer.

Not, they would talk orders in a means that suited us, which was a cash payment upfront, but what they state is how it will be.

Strange, plans to build a large data store may be up to others to get...
I always though companies wanted sales.
